After a fortnight of serenity, peace and complete relaxation, when the only thing on my to-do list was to not do a thing, the very thought of joining back office seemed very daunting.
I somehow made myself reach office in time. While I was still mustering up the strength to turn on the laptop, trudge through my mailbox, and jump right back into my normal work routine. I noticed on my desk was a small folded paper in the size and shape of a jhalmuri cone. The organization I work with, takes the health of all their associates very seriously and had come up with this brilliant idea of sharing some tips with all their associates to help them lead a fit and healthy life.
It inspired me to draw up a calendar of my own solely focusing on being ‘happy’. If you have gone through my resolutions for the year, you know that this year I have promised to think small and take baby steps. Hence this calendar that I drew up was only for a month. I wanted to take one small step each day focusing on my well-being, at the same time draw up a plan for the near future as well. So I calenderized the steps.
A few days of following these, and I already feel happier!
So before disappearing down my digital rabbit hole, I thought I’ll sneak out sometime and share this with you all too.
Do take a look and let me know your thoughts.
