Totally famished after my hour long run in the morning, I made a super spontaneous breakfast for myself today.  I wanted to eat healthily, but a cold salad was simply not appealing. With hardly anything else on the shelves, I had to use quinoa that’s been sitting in the kitchen for a while now. Somehow using these grains in a bowl of salad on a November morning left me cold.
